We understand sometimes you may need to cancel, reschedule or change an appointment, below we have outlined our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling or changes and deposits.
Cancelling, Rescheduling or Changing
We send out a courtesy confirmation message 4 days prior to your appointment. As our Salons are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday, you are unable to phone to cancel/reschedule/change your appointment on these days. Please respond Yes or No, as soon as possible to our Text Message. These responses are monitored even if our salons are closed. We also endeavour to contact you by phone if we have not received a response to our text message. If we have not received a confirmation to our communications, 72 hours prior to your appointment, it may be cancelled. If you need to cancel/reschedule or make any changes to your services you have booked, this can be done without charge if notice is given 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations that occur less than 72 hours prior to your appointment or a No Show for an appointment your deposit will be forfeited. No future bookings will be made until this fee has been paid and a deposit will be required for all future bookings.

Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 9pm
Thursday 9am to 7pm
Friday 9am to 4.30pm

New Client Deposit
All new clients are required to pay a deposit on the cost of their services, when making their first appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours before your appointment. It will however be taken off the cost of your services if you keep your appointment or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Changes to your appointment
At times you may wish to change the service you have booked. We please ask if you wish to change what you are booked in for, you contact us ASAP as we allocate the correct amount of time for each service when you book. If you no longer need or want what you are booked for (eg Booked for full head of foils and now only want a half head or booked for colour and foils and don’t want the foils, no longer need a haircut with your colour) if given enough notice we are able to offer appointments to guests on our waitlist. It also works the other way if you are wanting more than you originally booked for please reach out as we love to be able to make it happen, if possible.
